THE WALK AND TALK THERAPY BUSINESS BLUEPRINT

Avoid burnout by creating a profitable and self-run therapy practice

Stop chasing clients and hustling from week to week

Instead, learn how to get off the 1 on 1 roller coaster by creating a low-overhead, low-maintenance outdoor practice that generates a 5-6-7 figure annual revenue while creating a never-ending waitlist of ideal clients ready to access your services.

 CANCEL ANY TIME NO-QUESTIONS ASKED

You are tired of guessing how to successfully run a profitable therapy practice, following all the latest & greatest marketing strategies, and still not hitting your revenue goals - Now you’re looking for a better way to run a practice and slow down or maybe even remove yourself from seeing clients.

You want to have a profitable therapy practice so...

You got yourself a lease perfect for a therapy business...

but

you’re not getting enough clients to cover rent and all the other overheads that are growing day by day.

THAT'S WHY YOU CONSIDERED JUST subcontracting...

but

this is keeping you in a time for money loop, never mind not having control over the kind of clients you see or choosing how your business grows.

yOU THEN thought about sticking to your lease and marketing 24/7...

but

it's been exhausting and challenging to keep up with processes AND to attract new clients and generate enough income to sustain your practice.

Walking on Pink Water

HERE'S  BOLD QUESTION FOR YOU

What if you could stop going around in circles and instead start creating a sustainable and profitable therapy practice that creates a 6-7 figure income and queues of clients ready to access your services?

Sounds too good to be true?

Keep reading and I’ll show you exactly how!

My Walk and Talk Therapy start up grew to serve 3,561 in just 3 years, while I worked less than 8 hours per week...

Thank you so much for creating this wonderful opportunity,  not just for me work wise, but for our clients and everyone that is involved with us in some way.

I love hearing feedback and comments about what a great idea outdoor sessions are, and how helpful it is/has been to so many people (clients and workers alike!). This happens at least once a day on my work days :) and it's so validating and affirming when it does; you have truly created something unique and wonderful and to be so proud of.

I'll be honest with you:
Getting to this point wasn't easy.

When I started out as a new Psychologist I was so excited about starting my very own therapy practice but once the lease was signed, the office renovations were finished and a lot of money was invested in all the shiny things aka website, business cards etc., I really struggled to get enough clients to keep my head above water!

And then one day, I "accidently" discovered walk and talk therapy. I researched it only to find nothing that was relly helpful. I then decided to "just go for a walk" with my client and figure it out as I go. And initially that worked great.

That was 2013.

Jogging

But then...

😔 IT ALL BECAME TOO MUCH AND GOT ON TOP OF ME 😔

❌I couldn’t keep up with all clinical work anymore❌

Seeing clilents and spending a lot of time on adjusting traditional business methods (through a lot of trial and error) seemed the only way out.

Not doable as a travel loving wife and future mum.😭

So I tried...

❌ Keeping up with my client load while trying to create unique processes that did not fit any other therapy practice model out there and that was a LOT.

❌ Continously harassing (and paying) my lawyer for all the situations that were taking place and those that might eventuate given that we were not in a contained space.

❌ To catch my breath but instead found myself working 7 days a week just to keep up with the demands of my practice.

I told myself:
There must be an easier way to do this and make it work, even if it still is a 1-on-1 focused therapy practice!

And that's when it hit me!
I DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS, I HAVE A JOB! MANY JOBS ACTUALLY!

THIS PRACTICE NEEDS TO RUN WITHOUT ME

Richard Branson doesn't fly planes, so why was I trying to do it all?

I know why! Because every therapy practice training out there focused on ME as the practitioner, ME as the expert, ME as the recognised authority!

If this business could not make me money while I was away in Europe with my triathlete husband and catching up with my family, then I didn't want it!

Walking with clients was nice, but choosing to take time to rest and play whenever I want to, was game-changing!

So I started again. And I re-designed my business to suit my lifestyle.
And this time, I finally started to see the results I'd been working on for so long:

✅ I grew the start up to 3,651 clients in less than 3 years thanks to my new systems + business structure

✅ I was able to hire and RETAIN high quality staff continously due to the nature of the work

✅ I was able to expand my practice to 5 locations due to my low overheads

✅ I was able to choose how much I wanted to work, when and from whatever timezone I liked!

✅ I was able to create an asset that I was able to sell and change my family's life!

The best thing?
This saved me so much time and energy!
(that I was able to spend traveling and growing my family)

Yay! That excitement when you find 1 alright photo out of 30 taken because your husband wa

Managing and maintaining my practice eventually took less than 8 hours per week.

So how does it work exactly?

All it takes are
